Payment

  • $100 deposit to secure reservation (cheque, cash, Master, Visa, or American Express card over the phone or by fax).
  • Rent is payable in advance at all times.
  • Pre-payment required on check in.
  • An administration fee will be charged on cancellation of a booking.

$50.00 administration fee up til 4 weeks before reservation start date and $100.00 administration fee under 4 weeks before reservation start date.

Pay one weeks rent on check-in and one weeks rent in advance then weekly from end of first week.
Studio from $525.00 per week (not illustrated) or $595.00 per week (Studio illustrated in photograph). Maximum of 2 persons.

2 Bedroom top floor apartment (with large balcony overlook the City to the Mountains) $840.00 per week

2 Bedroom apartments rates are for 3 singles(max), 2 couples(max) or a family of 4 with a surcharge of $15.00/ night for an extra child.

  • Extra night in rooftop apartment $135.00

Medium Term - Month to Month Bookings’ (subject to availability)

2 Bedroom apartments from $680.00 per week. for max 2 people (Rates include weekly service, gas and electricity). Rent is payable monthly in advance
